Hi, I’m Jennifer, but most people call me JMo.

I build people. I connect leaders. And, most of all, I help others step into their God-given greatness.

Everything I’ve built—my business, my leadership, my life—came from one simple truth: success isn’t a solo sport. Growth happens when the right people are connected at the right time.

If you’re here, you’re not here by accident. You’re here because you’re ready for more.

Welcome. Let’s grow.

My Story

Hey there! I'm Jennifer but feel free to call me "JMo."

My passion is connecting great people to great people, great products, and great opportunities but my purpose is ultimately connecting people to their own God-given greatness.

I also know if you're on this page, it's because you're trying to learn more about me: who I am, what I've done, what I'm up to now, and find out what exactly is a "super-connector" anyway?

The amazing website (that my daughter designed by the way - proud mom moment) is to tell you all that and more.

However, before you start scrolling through my awards and achievements, let me start by saying none of this was easy.

In fact, my journey was rough right from the beginning! My Dad died when I was 16 and my Mom passed away when I was 22 but losing them at such a young age taught me right out of the gate that life is short and connections matter. I had to rely on the connections around me - extended family, friends, teachers - in order to learn basic life skills that my parents would ve taught me, like folding fitted sheets or changing a flat tire.

I realized early on that the secret to success is not just relying on ourselves and our own gifts and talents but in connecting with others and their gifts and talents. Even the greatest leader of all time served others, created community, and built a network that I'm successfully part of 2000 years later.

I always say that God gave all of us our own fingerprint for a reason. It's like an artist's signature on an original masterpiece, reminding us that He has a unique plan and purpose for us.

I love helping others discover that plan and that purpose and live it out to the fullest. If that's you, let's connect!
